感谢您报考广东顺德德胜学校雅思考试。为确保您顺利、有序完成考试，请务必知晓并遵守以下入校规定。感谢各位考生的配合。
· 到达考点：
1.广东顺德德胜学校考点位于广东省佛山市顺德区大良新城区民兴路，考生须从广东顺德德胜学校3号门进入考点，并在工作人员指引下从考生专用通道进入综合楼12楼雅思考场区域。
2.校外道路有交警违停监控，请勿随意停车。考生可以选择前往学校附近的停车场，如大信新都汇商场停车场等。
3.本考点不接受考生提前踩点和考前参观。考生只能在考试日进入考点，家长或陪同人员不允许进入考点。
· 证件要求：
考生须携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件及准考证参加考试（身份证件要求详见教育部教育考试院雅思报名网站考生须知）。
· 到达时间提醒：
请各位考生务必留意以下时点，并预留足够入校检查和校内交通时间，以免迟到。
口试：请至少提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。
机考：【上午场笔试：7:30AM开始进场，入场截止时间为8:30AM；下午场笔试：12:30 PM 开始入场，入场截止时间为13:30 PM。】
· 防疫退考：
本考点不接受新冠阳性考生入校，请相关考生提供考试日前48小时内核酸阳性报告（需加盖医院印章和提供缴费发票），并将相关材料连同考生报考身份证件（正反面）和准考证照片打包并附上联系电话，发送邮件到ielts@desheng-school.com，邮件标题请命名为：考试日期+考生姓名+雅思退考申请。本考点将于考试日口笔试结束后回复考生审核结果，如审核通过，考试费将于相关场次结束后2周左右时间退回考生NEEA账户余额。
· 其他要求：
1.考生须佩戴一次性医用口罩，接受体温测量，保持1米社交距离,以减少呼吸道疾病传染的可能。
2.考生严禁相互交流，请按考场工作人员指引，有序错峰入场、离场。
3.拒不遵守考点入校要求及考场纪律的考生将拒绝参加考试并向考试中心报告。

Admission Instructions for IELTS Test Takers
Thank you for registering for the IELTS test at Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IOC Test Centre. To ensure that you have a smooth and orderly test experience, please be aware of and comply with the following regulations. Your cooperation is appreciated.
· Arrive at the Test Center:
1. Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IOC Test Centre is located on Minxin Road, Daliang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Candidates must enter from Gate 3 of Guangdong Shunde Desheng School. Following the instructions of venue staff to go to the 12th floor in the Comprehensive Building through designated route.
2. Please do not park on the road outside of the school as the area is monitored by transportation police against illegal parking. Candidates can use parking lots nearby, for instance, Metro Mall provides parking spaces.
3. We do not accept pre-test site inspection. Candidates can only enter the test venue on the test day. Parents and non-test takers are not allowed to enter the test venue.
· Identification Document Requirements:
Candidates must bring the original and valid ID document and admission ticket that match the registration information to attend the test. (For detailed requirements of ID document, please see the description on official registration website of IELTS test.)
· Reminder of Arrival Time:
Candidates must pay attention to the following times and allow enough time for entry inspection and on-campus transportation to avoid being late.
Speaking test: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the test, and the deadline for admission is 15 minutes before the start of your speaking test.
Computer-delivered test: 【AM Sitting: Entry starts at 07:30 AM, the entry deadline is 08:30 AM; PM1 Sitting: Entry starts at 12:30 PM, the entry deadline is 13:30 PM】
· Request to Cancel Your IELTS Test Due to Epidemic Prevention
We do not accept COVID-19 positive candidates to take the test. COVID-19 positive candidates should provide positive nucleic acid test result (stamped with hospital seal, and provide the payment invoice at the same time), email the mentioned documents alongside with candidate’s ID of registration, the admission letter, and the contact number to ielts@desheng-school.com Please name the email subject as: test date+candidate name+request for IELTS test cancelation. We will let you know if you are eligible for refund or nor by the end of the test date. If you are eligible for refund, the test fee will be refunded to your NEEA account in about two weeks after the test date.
· Other Requirements:
1. Candidates are required to wear disposable medical mask during the test, accept body temperature measurement, maintain 1-meter social distance to reduce the risk of respiratory disease transmission.
2. Candidates are not allowed to talk to each other. Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to enter and leave in an orderly manner.
3. Candidates refuse to comply to admission instructions, or the rules of the test venue will be rejected to take the test and will be reported to the IELTS test centre.
